Artistic Director
(THE WIZ, FLAHOOLEY)

Keith Lee Grant
Mr. Grant is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Theatre and Speech at The City College of New York. He holds an MFA from the Yale School of Drama, a MA from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Certificate from the American Conservatory Theater's Advance Training Program. He has directed and/or choreographed over ninety professional and university productions ranging from Shakespeare's AS YOU LIKE It to Miguel Pinero's SHORT EYES to large-scale Musicals like Sondheim's SWEENEY TODD, A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, and Jerry Herman's MAME. He staged the premiere of two operas: THE PROMISE in Memphis, Tennessee and selected scenes from MARGARET GARNER at the Cincinnati Opera. Mr. Grant traveled to Hamilton, Bermuda in 2007 to direct and choreograph a highly successful production of DREAMGIRLS. Mr. Grant served at the Artistic Coordinator and Resident Choreographer for the Oregon Dance Theater from 1977 to 1979 and is currently the Artistic Director of the Harlem Repertory Theatre.
In addition to his work as a director/choreographer, Mr. Grant has also performed on Broadway in MARIE CHRISTINE, SHOW BOAT, and the U.S. premiere of the musical RAGTIME. He has worked Off-Broadway at Playwrights Horizons, the York Theater, the Jewish Repertory Theater, New Federal Theatre, AMAS Theatre, and The New York Theater Workshop. His Regional credits include The Connecticut Repertory Theater, Yale Repertory Theatre, Syracuse Stage, The Pioneer Theater, The Oregon Shakespeare Festival and The Indiana Repertory Theatre.
Mr. Grant is the receipeient of the 2009 AUDELCO awards for the Best Choreographer of a Musical and Best Director of a Musical for his work on the HRT’s production of classic musical THE WIZ.

Edward Corcino
Edward V. Corcino is a City College alumnus who is skilled in various fields in theater and video production. He has performed off–Broadway in a number of musicals and dramas including two years performing in The Harlem Repertory Theater's (HRT) 2005/6 seasons. In addition to his work on the HRT stage as an actor, Mr. Corcino has also served as the company's business manager and marketing consultant for four seasons.

Mable Gomes
Ms. Gomes has worked with the Harlem Repertory Theater for five years. She has performed in THE WIZ 2004, CABARET, ONCE ON THIS ISLAND, DREAMGIRLS, AIN'T MISBEHAVIN ,TAMBOURINES TO GLORY 2007 and HAIR. She is currently a graduate student at the City University of New York's Graduate Center. Ms. Gomes trained with The Alvin Ailey Dance company.
Light Designer

Brian Aldous
Mr. Aldous has been designing lights for theaters for over twenty years. Companies he has worked for include Soho Rep (Mac Wellman's DRACULA), the late lamented Circle Rep (Regina Taylor's Escape from PARADISE), Jean Cocteau Rep (many classic plays over 11 years as resident designer), Cucaracha Theatre (everything they ever did) and even the Blue Man Group. He is Lighting Director for Dance at Symphony Space as well as Lighting Designer for Kick/Stand Dance, a five choreographer collective based in Williamsburg.
Mr. Aldous has lit dance and taught for the Dance Department at Bard College for ten years, and recently helped them move into the new Frank Geary designed, Fisher Performing Arts Center. He is especially proud of his long collaboration with set designer Kyle Chepulis, which began in 1989 with the EnGarde Arts production of Mac Wellman's Crowbar, a project which helped save the then–ruinous Victory Theatre from destruction and was nominated for an American Theatre Wing design award.
In addition to these projects Mr. Aldous has designed the lights for six Harlem Repertory Theatre productions (FINAIN'S RAINBOW, AIN'T MISBEHAVIN, TAMBOURINES TO GLORY2007/2008, CABARET, HAIR and ONCE ON THIS ISLAND). Mr. Aldous is a graduate of Columbia University and The Yale School of Drama.
Set Designer

Mary Myers
Ms. Myers is currently a faculty member and the resident designer for the City College of New York's Department of Theatre and Speech. She holds a B.A. from Barnard College and an M.F.A. from the Yale School of Drama. She has designed the costumes for BELLE et La BETE at BAM, ZAIDE, Theatre Royale de la Monnaie (Brussels), Opera du Rhin (Strasbourg, France), OTHELLO, Portland Stage Company, SINCERITY FOREVER , Berkshire Theatre Festival, PLAYBOY OF THE WEST INDIES, Yale Repertory Theatre.
Ms. Myers' set designs include ,PEE WEE AND THE WHEELMAN, Passage Theatre, DRIVING MISS DASIE, THE GIN GAME, ANNIE Colonial Theatre, BEATRICE AND BENEDICT, Florida State University, THE LUCKY CHANCE at Jean Cocteau Repertory Theatre and THE GOOD PERSON OF SZECHWAN at Bard College. . She has designed three shows for the Harlem Repertory Theatre, DREAMGIRLS, CABARET and ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. Ms. Myers is a member of USA Local 829 Costume Design.
Poster/Website Designer

Yong Ih Kim
Mr. Kim graduated with honors from New York City College of Technology; he majored in Communication Design. He has updated the HRT's website and created their posters, postcards and program covers since 2007. He works as a full time designer at a graphic/website design company in Soho, New York.
